Ending the season on a good note!!!

After a disapointing 4-12 season, including the

sentence of michael vick and the leave of former louisville coach boby petrino, the falcons end the season with a 44-41 win over the seattle seahawks. Many players were desperate for a win and wanted to show the city of atlanta that they still care. Chris Redman threw 4 TDs while Norwood and Jennings both returned a kickoff for 40+. It was the last home game for the falcons, and one with many open seats, but for the remaining fans saw the last win for the atlanta falcons. But with money for off season free agents and a good draft pick the falcons will hopefully regain a team, a team like the 2004 team which ended up going 11-5 and going to the NFC championchip game. Last night many of the players stude out. Algea Crumpler had only 3 rec but 2 of thoughs were TDs. Abraham had 2 sacks and a Fumble recovery while Babineaux had 5 tackles, 1 sack, and 1 Forced fumble, but it won't ti'll next september can these guess show off!

Will the Hawks meet expectations???

This year the hawks have a pretty balanced team. They picked up both Al Horford and Acie Law IV from the draft, which are two great players the hawks need this year. The two previous years, 2006-2007 which they went 30-52 and 2005-2006 which they went 26-56 have been disapointing seasons. Although this year, they have a team that just might change that! They have the two new rookies Horford and Law,J.Johnson, Josh Childress, and Josh Smith! It seems that they haven't made the playoffs as long as people can remeber, and the only NBA
Finals championchip that they one was in 1959.But the hawks are a thrieving team and hungry this year! Their tired of losing games, missing the playoffs, and most impotantly having a star player.
